This range of solutions has been developed in collaboration with our partners JAKA Robotics, a leader in the manufacture of collaborative robots, and OnRobot, a leader in hardware and software solutions for collaborative applications.

The range consists of three robots: JAKA ZU12, JAKA Pro 16, and JAKA ZU20, depending on the weight of the boxes to be palletized. They will be installed on a base designed and manufactured by AMC Maquinaria, which stands out for its practicality, robustness, and ease of transport and use. ONRobot is responsible for controlling the solution with its D:PLOY palletizing software, which converts the robot’s programming language into a questionnaire that can be filled out by anyone without technical training.La gamma es compon de tres robots: JAKA ZU12, JAKA Pro 16 i JAKA ZU20, depenent del pes de les caixes a paletitzar. S’instal·laran sobre una base dissenyada i fabricada per AMC Maquinària que destaca per la seva practicitat, robustesa i facilitat de transport i ús. Del control de la solució se n’encarrega ONRobot amb el programari de paletització D:PLOY, que converteix el llenguatge de programació del robot en un qüestionari que pot emplenar qualsevol persona sense formació tècnica.
